Purpose of CFMH
This program was developed to assist and provide education to resident managers, and property owners on how to keep their properties safe from criminal and illegal activity. The program is available to rental buildings as well as strata buildings looking for a layer of support to prevent crime on their properties. This program also facilitates a relationship with local RCMP.

Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) helps make properties/neighbourhoods safer. CPTED Assessments are conducted by a trained CPTED Practitioner and reports are provided with photos, observations, education, and recommendations.
